This repair store had some really high highs and low lows.Highs: Quick response to my inquiry, computer delivery/pickup, fast repair time.Cons: The laptop screen replacement fell apart only a few weeks after I got this fixed somehow, but luckily John honored the 60-day work guarantee and quickly replaced it. Biggest issue is email communication. Despite giving my number, John did not schedule pickup/delivery over the phone and was inconsistent with email replies.

Literally saved my Macbook Pro (2012) it was running extremely slow, and I was about to buy a new one. By luck I found them and gave them a shot, to be honest i was a little bit skeptical at the beginning, but since i did not had a budget to buy a new Mac so i gave it a shot, surprisingly after 2 business days my computer was fixed and working like new.I really hope my computer lasts longer, but so far is working super fast. I will definitely recommend it for any Mac devices.

My laptop broke down just after school, and I had to look for a computer repair shop to repair it. Very lucky to find this computer maintenance shop, I deposited the computer here on Friday to repair, only a weekend after my computer was repaired, any problem has been solved perfectly, It's like changing a new computer! The price is also very reasonable, next time will come again, recommend this shop!
