Ordered a battery for my phone in July. No response back for 2 weeks. Called again to check the order status and they told me they would call back with an update. Never happened. Called again in August and finally someone was nice enough to tell me that everything will be backlogged for months. Customer service was great in person, I just wish I had been informed earlier so I could find my own replacement.

Just wouldn't listen to me when I tried to tell them what happened. Focused on a small scratch on my screen that had been there for months. Seriously, people use with massive spider webbing, this was one, small line. So they wanted to replace entire screen. Which wasn't my issue.So didn't get my business, and I am still looking for competent phone repairs by people who are there to sell the highest priced service.
