I accidentally left my husband’s phone on my back bumper and drove away. The phone was then run over by multiple cars and went through an intersection. I cannot believe that they were able to repair the screen and I am so grateful that we were able to get all of our pictures and information back. Thank you

I’m shocked this place has any good reviews. I brought in my Apple Watch SE as the screen was cracked. They replaced the screen for $250. Expensive, but fine, I love my watch. Shortly after, my watch got wet, and now it is completely dead. The Apple Watch SE is water resistant to 50 metres, prior to the repair I had worn it swimming, in the shower, hundreds of times. They improperly sealed it and they won’t do a thing about it. I paid $250 for them to ruin my watch.

Super customer service, very affordable, my phone was repaired extremely quickly and was given a great food recommendation for lunch while my phone was being repaired!!!!

Took my pixel 7 Pro to repair it's screen. Charged me half what the phone was worth to replace the screen. Told me about his 60 day warranty. Got the phone back and the fingerprint recognition didn't work. He insisted that I just needed to reset it. Told him I had. I took it back to him and he told me it didn't work anymore. He made it worse than it was before. No talk of a refund. I was out 400 dollars for a phone that now didn't have a major feature.The worst thing was his smile.Do not take your phone to this guy.

I have been here twice now and with some serious damage to the phones I brought in. Not only did they fix the phones very well ... like I mean the guy is an artist ... but they were extremely kind and patient. Moreover, they were done in no time at all and the price was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Writing this review from my newly fixed phone which Mobile Doctor turned around on the spot in less than 2 hours! When the screen broke in an unfortunate drop, I thought I was going to have to spend several hours at the mall with my provider trying to buy out an expensive contract and wasn't sure if I'd be able to transfer the contents of my phone to a new one. Instead, Mobile Doctor was able to replace the screen immediately and hand me back my existing phone good as new. I saved at least 150 dollars from what I would have paid had i gone to my provider and saved HOURS of time. Would absolutely recommend!!!
